
The London High Court will sit on Monday morning to hear the ‘Banks verse Bernie’ case.
Despite winter testing commencing in the same week, Formula One’s attention will be focussed on the court room as the sport’s future management is decided.
A group of three banks – who own a 75% stake in the SLEC group which controls the commercial rights to the sport – is taking legal action against Bernie Ecclestone in a move to gain control of the Formula One Holdings group.
