Australia

Picture for Australian GP

Traditionally the curtain raiser for the Formula One calendar, this is one of the oldest motor racing competition held in Australia. Since becoming part of the F1 calendar in 1985, this track has produced a number of memorable races. From the controversial battle of Damon Hill and Michael Schumacher in 1994, to the debut 1-2 finish of Brawn GP in 2009 which saw Jenson Button take the championship home. Having Sebastian Vettel dominate the race in 2011, will this be another one sided affair in 2012? Or will we see a new set of surprises which will set the tone for the season?
